Personalized spiritual guidance services prepared specifically for your birth details.
At EasyVeda, every report and reading is created personally based on the birth details and questions shared by you. Because of this deeply personalized nature, the service cannot be reused, resold, or “returned” once work has started.
❌ No Refund Policy
Refunds or cancellations are not possible once any of the following conditions are met:
- Payment has been successfully completed.
- Your birth details and/or questions have been shared with EasyVeda.
- The analysis or report preparation process has started.
In such cases, the full time and energy are already dedicated to preparing your personalized guidance, so the service is non‑refundable and non‑reversible.
⏳ Delays & Delivery Time
Average delivery time for most reports is mentioned on the website or WhatsApp, but it may vary depending on:
- Number of pending reports in the queue.
- Complexity of your case or questions.
- Unforeseen personal or technical reasons.
Reasonable delays in delivery do not qualify for a refund, but you may always request an update on the status of your report.
🤝 Support & Clarification
If you feel confused about any part of your report or need more clarity, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification within a reasonable time after receiving the report.
While full re‑reading or additional analysis may not always be possible, EasyVeda will try to explain key points and address genuine doubts wherever feasible.
📌 Incorrect or Incomplete Details
It is the user’s responsibility to provide correct and complete birth details (date, time, place) and accurate questions. If the details shared are incorrect or incomplete, EasyVeda cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of interpretations.
In cases where incorrect details are noticed after the report has been prepared, the report cannot be completely redone without additional charges.
📎 Change of Mind
Change of mind after booking, deciding not to proceed, or no longer needing the service will not be considered a valid reason for refund or cancellation once payment is made and work has started.
EasyVeda reports and readings are meant for self‑understanding and guidance only. No guarantees, fixed predictions, or life outcomes are promised or implied. By booking a reading, you accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
